Fee Reason

Rigid price lists, all-inclusive offers and flat rates rarely do justice to the situation of employees leaving the company, according to our many years of experience and our firm conviction. In this respect, we believe that an informational discussion prior to the concrete offer is extremely valuable and important. In addition, the personal relationship of trust with the coach is a very important factor for the success of the consulting and coaching process.
 
That is why we calculate our fees individually, preferably after getting to know the candidate personally. Only when we have more detailed information about the specific starting conditions, such as current status, education, mobility, appearance, experience and personal objectives, can we roughly estimate the support required. Of course, the scope of services can also be tailored to a concretely defined budget. Our standard for pricing in each individual case is the requirement that the fee and conditions must be in a reasonable relationship to the complexity and quality of the service as well as your budget. This is what we call fee reasonableness. However, the effort and thus also the fee are always influenced by the current realities of the job market.
 
A OutPlacement-Consulting for professionals can be offered in the Compact package (help for self-help, market maturity) as an individual consultation already from 3.000,- Euro plus VAT. This package can be supplemented by further consulting elements.
 
Group OutPlacement measures (presence, online, hybrid), possibly with additional individual consulting components, must be calculated individually after evaluation of all circumstances (industry, level, age, etc.).
  
For C-levels, managers and specialists, we calculate our all-round carefree premium product "NewPlacement coaching until success" or "with additional continuation guarantee during the probationary period or beyond" according to the starting position, salary and support needs, tailor-made and individual after the information meeting. If this offer exceeds your budget, there are time-limited packages with the possibility of continuation options, which your employee can take over at preferential conditions if desired.
Due to absolute confidentiality, phase or instalment models with performance-related components (amount of the new salary) can only be offered to self-payers.
  
Pure career coaching (separation prevention, leadership/professional discrepancy, etc.) can be billed on a daily or hourly basis in special cases like our executive coaching. After a non-binding and free of charge informational interview, we will be happy to make you an offer that suits you best.
 
Between these two poles, OutPlacementCompact and NewPlacement Warranty, there is a great deal of leeway for individual contract design, which, however, for the aforementioned reasons always requires a personal informational interview, which we naturally offer completely free of charge and without obligation.
