The complete individualisation of all projects and interview rounds (including strategy, documents) for a professional two-way matching of the job requirements against your profile is based on the exploration of 50-70 demand factors in each case. In addition to the job advertisement, this exploration includes the website of the company and the responsible headhunter, editorial internet articles, information from our network as well as information on the people involved.

Our JobVersicherung tool is based on your previous management integral and the organizational setup for the new position in the company. It is designed to ensure a successful onboarding and the professional assumption of the new responsibility.
