Definition of success

We define success in NewPlacement-Coaching as a

mutually signed contract for a strategically correct new challenge with the "opportunity afterwards" or taking up a longer-term self-employment.

Existing offers, even if already signed by the company, which are not signed by you for strategic or personal reasons, do not end our support in NewPlacement-Coaching until success.

An interim activity that serves to improve the initial situation on the job market is per se not necessarily the desired success. However, interim activities are developing into the modern probationary period, especially in cases where a probationary period is not compatible (service contract executive board).

The "chance afterwards" means that one has to make sure already with the next challenge that in case of another change, e.g. in 3-5 years, the starting situation is better or at least as good as today. Otherwise you postpone dramatic difficulties until the next change.

This strategic approach of NewPlacement-Coaching with a view to the time until retirement differs considerably from short-term operational approaches and helps to achieve long-term success.
