NewPlacement-Coaching until success and with guarantee

NewPlacement is the further development of classic outplacement consulting and combines consulting elements with management coaching and marketing & sales elements. NewPlacement primarily includes expert advice on

Guarantee
We take the risk. If the new employment contract of a candidate is terminated within the scope of our premium product NewPlacement-Coaching until success and with continuation guarantee in the probationary period no matter by whom, we advise free of charge once until the conclusion of a further contract. Sometimes the recommendation to start again comes from us, even if the company promised more or if the candidate experiences stomach ache or insomnia. No amount of money in the world is worth the damage to our candidates' health.

Time for personal
In the first conversation of the NewPlacement Coaching we take time for the concern and the questions of the candidates as well as for the clarification of the procedure, the basic conditions and the distribution of tasks.
  
Full-day biography

In 4 - 6 hour sessions, we work out with our candidates in personal conversations their particular strengths and the highlights of their professional activities. In this way, the coach gets to know his candidate intensively, guides him back to his professional successes through questions and thus creates new self-confidence in the candidate. The multitude of "gold pieces in the sand" leads to a unique offer to the job market based on about 150-200 explored performance and experience values. Psychological tests and biographical analyses can in no way replace the full-day biography.
  
Coaching

NewPlacement extends this content with personal coaching in which the candidate's previous management performance, but also his or her share of tensions, separations and under-performance are worked out in "understanding", challenging biographical conversations.
 
Benefits

The candidate comes to new self-knowledge, increases his self-confidence and can present himself very authentically in job interviews. The consultant-coach gets to know his candidate thoroughly and only then gets the necessary basis for a holistic, effective consultation.
 
Early market readiness

Our candidates are usually well prepared on the market within 3 weeks of starting NewPlacement coaching. The prerequisite is that they are available during these 3 weeks for the personal coaching, which is also intensive in terms of time.
