Here there are above-average successes for group measures, especially if they are combined with individual consultations. We are also happy to support you with in-house solutions for specialists by training and supervising your in-house coaches. For executives or specialists, however, these standardized procedures reach their limits. The demands and tough competition require highly experienced and individualized one-on-one support.
