0. Important roles in the context of career change

Professional change - interaction, dynamics, role understanding

From decades of experience of our NewPlacement-Coaching, the starting point for many separations begins insidiously and unnoticed by those affected. In this case, people in the company drift apart or they do not find each other at all (new supervisor). In addition, these "starting points" are aggravated by exhaustion (burn-out) of the executives and the accompanying "all-around defense". Everything becomes too much for those affected and communication becomes more dismissive. In this situation, the own view from the meta-level usually does not succeed anymore. This leads to escalation. In the beginning, no one notices and at some point a rescue is no longer possible. In a few cases, supervisors or HR managers have recognized the situation and called in an external rescue coach. If the coach was unable to "patch up" the relationship, at least an amicable separation was made possible with the support of all parties involved.
