Week 32: TEAMSEN vs. decision meeting

Job search formerly on my own (Gerd) vs. NewPlacement-Coaching (Chris).
  
Formerly on my own: The video conversation with the headhunter is going well. Gerd has set up his screen windows accordingly and can bring in one or the other document for explanation. The headhunter is aware of the longer search time before the current task from the Internet research at Northdata. It is good that Gerd is prepared for it argumentatively. Due to the corporate body, dismissals are public. The interview ends after about 30 minutes. The headhunter wants to introduce Gerd to his client.
  
NewPlacement-Coaching: The meeting for the project formerly cancelled by Chris in the first application round with the owner goes very well. Chris once again explains the background (involvement) of the cancellation at that time and the departure during the probationary period. Otherwise, the exchange has the familiarity and consensus of the conversations at the time. After two hours, they agree on a common future and Chris promises that there will be no more backtracking on his part. This is promised to the hands. The contract should come in the next few days.
  
Our recommendations in this regard
63: All candidates leaving a corporate body (Prokura, GF, Vorstand) are transparent with regard to the deregistration in the commercial register. Thus, the release may not be presented as an activity in retrospect.
64: Successful revivals always depend on the fact that one has argued one's own rejection at the time in a comprehensible manner and does not lightly give up the acquired sympathy. You always see each other twice in life!
