Week 30: Conversation in the company vs. update launch

Formerly in self-direction: The interview in the company is going very well. Gerd also proves the new requirements from his previous management integral, explains the current "interim solution" and impresses the decision makers with his professional and empathic appearance. Already in the evening, the headhunter announces a second interview at the company within 14 days. Gerd writes the 5 most important topics that became clear from the interview for the filling and functionality of the new position to the coach. The coach already prepares a corresponding re-briefing and a mirrored benefit analysis for the second interview. Now we have to wait and see whether another interviewee from the company will take part in the second meeting. In this case, Gerd also needs an adapted success presentation.
  
NewPlacement-Coaching: Already 10 days after the separation interview the headhunters are contacted again and informed about the latest status. The reaction is positive and understanding, since headhunters have already experienced various difficulties themselves with regard to succession planning. Despite the renewed short stand time, 2 interesting job offers with high matching are offered at first sight.
  
Our recommendations in this regard
59: After interviews in companies, the candidate must immediately inform the coach about the contents, so that the coach can ensure the preparation for the further processes. Therefore, we recommend recording relevant information for each interview.
60: After the separation in the probationary period, the headhunters should be informed immediately. In doing so, the background of the departure should be proactively disclosed.
