Week 28: Referral marketing vs. trial separation

Job search formerly self-directed (ER) vs. NewPlacement coaching (NP).
  
Previously self-directed, since the 14th week in NewPlacement-Coaching: As part of the induction process, ER is also supposed to visit the branch office in the USA. Due to the sensitization by the NewPlacement-Coach he is unsure about the flight booking. After consulting with the coach, he books economy, analogous to his inaugural speech "to keep the ball flat on the cost side" (agreement with the Italian owner), and ensures that the order is widely noticed. In the meantime, the coach has sent the first postal letters of recommendation via a third party.
  
Since the beginning of NewPlacement coaching: the separation meeting with the owner is short. He blames NP for not being able to win over the owner's long-time companions. The owner's lack of preparation for succession in the company is suppressed. Through NewPlacement coaching, NP is prepared not only for application interviews but also for separation interviews. Without any reproaches and thanks for the opportunity, hands are held out.
  
Our recommendations in this regard:
55.Actions in relation to oneself in particular are watched with a suspicious eye, especially during the probationary period. Do good and make it widely noticed.
56. In the separation process, the candidate should keep his anger and disappointment under control and work it up with the NewPlacement coach. Under no circumstances should a future reference be jeopardized. During the probationary period, the contractual conditions take effect.
