Formerly self-directed, since the 14th week in NewPlacement-Coaching: Although ER is no longer considering a move due to the sudden deterioration of his parents-in-law's health situation, he is offered a lucrative contract with relocation after the probationary period after very good discussions in the company and with the Italian owner. After intensive discussions with his NewPlacement coach, they agree to accept the contract and remain open to further offers close to home. This approach makes the time between the deregistration from the commercial register and the next job not so long and is also due to the delayed cooperation. Since the beginning of the NewPlacement coaching: NP is highly tense because of the meeting with the owner and the senior. In preparation, the NewPlacement coach has already prepared an exit strategy, which he discusses with NP. All facility contracts have also been terminated because of the privacy update. The cleaning company gets the new contract with identical terms. The senior takes over the information about his friend. In fact, the jour fixe proceeds accordingly and ends with a friendly small talk with the senior.
  
Our recommendations in this regard:
