Week 20: Preparation for second interviews vs. strategy conference

Job search formerly self-directed (ER) vs. NewPlacement coaching (NP).
  
Previously in self-direction, since the 14th week in NewPlacement-Coaching: The second interviews in the companies are prepared with the hand-out "Re-Briefing" and the flipchart "Mirrored Benefit Analysis" as well as a desired discussion on the strategy together with the NewPlacement-Coach. Through this preliminary work, clarity of mutual benefits and further necessary discussion develops for joint projection at ER.
  
Since the beginning in the NewPlacement-Coaching: The strategy conference in the colleague circle together with the owner is used to catch the adversary from another area. NP deliberately sits next to him and uses the transcript of the conference with an easily readable "eulogy" for the person next to him. Already in the course of the meeting the relationship relaxes. "Recognition" is a sharp political sword.
  
Our recommendations in this regard:
39.Preparation of verification interviews in the company by NewPlacement coach and candidate will ensure clarity in terms of matching & projection on both sides.
40. To be successful in onboarding and integration, all stakeholders (360 degrees) must be won over to the candidate. "Troublemakers" must be identified and given the prospect of individual benefits.
