Through this preliminary work, clarity of mutual benefits and further necessary discussion develops for joint projection at ER.
Since the beginning in the NewPlacement-Coaching: The strategy conference in the colleague circle together with the owner is used to catch the adversary from another area. NP deliberately sits next to him and uses the transcript of the conference with an easily readable "eulogy" for the person next to him. Already in the course of the meeting the relationship relaxes. "Recognition" is a sharp political sword.
