Week 12: Final round at two companies / contact with NewPlacement

On our own: In the conversation with NewPlacement about Inverse Headhunting, no cooperation could be agreed upon, because the NewPlacement coach had to refuse to open further sales channels to an offer without market maturity and to squander further opportunities. He offered a phase to market maturity "from the beginning". Without appropriate management integral there can be no individualization, projection and professional matching for both sides. However, ER was not willing to do this because "the lack of success so far was due to external reasons and not to its offer". However, the coach's analysis of the "core of his application" gave him food for thought. On the other hand, there was a lot of ER's heart and soul in his documents. To question them even partially required a lot of self-reflection. ER's many experiences through his own hiring of employees were of little use.
  
NewPlacement: Within 9 hours NP has two final interviews in companies. Already at the first interview at 8 o'clock they agree. Now the second interview no longer makes sense. Nevertheless, the NewPlacement coach finds a way on the phone to disappoint the parties involved, but not to alienate them in the long run. It may be necessary to come back to this option.
 
Our recommendations:
23. applicants in ego rotation and without a professional coach often lack the view from the meta-level. In order to keep one's own motivation high, rejections are always projected onto the other person. One should break out of this vicious circle. To do this, the existing "cores of the application" should be analyzed together for market readiness.
24. Even if you are successful and have signed a contract, you should not burn other interesting projects and their decision-makers; you often see each other twice.
