Week 10: Focus on top projects

On his own: HE has further discussions with headhunters and a company that offers downgrading for him. A permanent commitment in this project would mean his career downgrade for opportunities thereafter. (In the NewPlacement process, however, interim work would certainly be an option). In addition, ER sends out cover letters to companies because of the contemplated self-employment "International Transparency of Subsidiaries". In doing so, however, ER has disregarded the top-down rule and therefore encounters self-serving resistance. A reaction to this mailing ends ER by unrealistic daily rates, which multiplied by 200 would more than double the managing director's salary. ER was not prepared for the discussion regarding cost savings in the areas of social fringe benefits, vacation, sick leave.

NewPlacement: By the final discussion last week in the enterprise, the own use values and the target focus are sharpened again. Afterwards the concentration on the two corresponding projects, which offer a matching of more than 90%, with the scanning of the conversation participants and the demand factors as preparation of the success presentations for optimal projection. In the one case, adaptations to justify the industry change also had to be worked out with the NewPlacement-Coach.

Our recommendations:
19. in the case of the runway to success "self-employment as an improvement of the starting position on the labor market", the first sentence in the cover letter must be a bridging between the company's interest in this regard and the added value with the candidate.
20. aspired industry changes must be proactively substantiated with industry analogies, new actionable impulses and added value for the company vis-à-vis industry insiders.
