After your outgoing executive or specialist has chosen the NewPlacement coach, a full-day biography is conducted to align with the future based on 150-200 performance, experience and competency values, strengths and weaknesses, and motivations (management integral) from the professional past. Furthermore, utility values and goals are defined. After this setup the manager or specialist is programmed full of self-confidence for the future. Annoying post-carding or negative communication towards the previous colleagues is omitted. Internal and external communication about the departure is regulated. This is what we call relaxed separation in the sense of professional separation management. In this way, you can confidently fulfill your role as the "guardian of the grail" of your corporate culture.
