7. NewPlacement coach - Operational separation

Future - "(No) manager has to be able to do it alone!" 
In the best case, the NewPlacement coach is called in for rescue coaching after the early warning system has been activated. After the initial or background coaching, the manager can be accompanied at eye level. From the meta-level, all participants are viewed in a 360-degree environment, interactions are evaluated and the background of the disturbances is worked out. This is followed by telephone coaching over several weeks and later "on demand" coaching. If the disruptions are no longer completely repairable, a "NewPlacement-Coaching until success" can be set up directly on top of this coaching. In the context of this coaching also the settlement of the professional and future-oriented, mutual separation takes place. The "set screw model" of the NewPlacement AG helps here, which helps termination agreements to a win-win. By setting up for the market, the broad market scan as well as the trifocal matching in the process, the executive is enabled to adjust to the demand factors of the searching companies in each individual project. This also gives them the security for a longer-term matching between their own ideas and those of the respective companies.
