"It'll be okay"
After the manager has successfully completed the integration, the (former) daily routine must not return. Especially in the case of disruptions, one usually hopes in vain for a "it'll be okay". Through an early warning system and the possibility of "sparring on demand" with the NewPlacement coach, one regains the "lost" meta-level. Often it was carelessness in the hustle and bustle of business that led to insecurity or annoyance in others. The hope that these disruptions will be addressed and cleared up immediately often remains a pipe dream. Instead, relationships in the company cool down, approval among colleagues decreases, and ease with the superior position evaporates. Then it is high time to take the reins and find out the causes in the NewPlacement sparring, which can then be proactively eliminated. Often, over-motivation is to blame: you've been "driving through the station at 200 km/h" and were surprised that no one was getting on. Proactive rowing back helps here. The magic word here is "take it with you.
