The changeover process for employees, the redefinition of competencies and the expectations of the new supervisor require patience during implementation. Frequently, one is confronted with the reference to the predecessor. In general, however, it should be noted that change triggers fears for many employees with regard to their future in the company. It has proven useful to create a change strategy together with the NewPlacement coach after taking stock of the situation. This involves defining priorities and, in particular, the chronological sequence of changes.
