13. HR managers

Specialist for integration, sparring partner
The HR managers in the new companies are not only responsible for drafting the service or employment contract, but are also specialists for integration and professional sparring partners with regard to corporate culture and employee management. The induction plan should be coordinated with them and adjusted if necessary. HR managers have their ears everywhere and can provide feedback on onboarding. It would be negligent not to use this know-how during onboarding and integration.
