"The first year"
After onboarding and integration, the change from improvisation to permanent organization takes place. Support for the workforce in the change process has become established. The strategy shows its first successes. Competencies within the company are regulated and stable. Everyone is pulling together. The working atmosphere has improved noticeably. The owner, supervisory board and holding company feel that their hiring decisions have been sustainably confirmed. Unfortunately, the first year does not always develop so easily for managers. In the 360-degree view, you have to look at four main interfaces:
