In cooperation with the NewPlacement coach, not only the demand factors of the searching company, which are important for the filling and functionality of the position, are mirrored from the candidate's own professional life. In addition, an intensive discussion is also held with the interview partners. For a mutual matching, the candidate's own utility values must not be lost sight of. The preparation of the interviews is time-consuming. However, it must also meet the requirement of a "work sample of the cooperation". Preparation therefore also includes the soft factors, such as passion, empathy, admiration, listening, etc., and dealing with knockout criteria, such as relocation, leadership style, weaknesses, etc. However, the final decision is made when the employment or service contract is signed. It is essential to discuss the contract with the NewPlacement coach and to highlight all political and diplomatic consequences.
