"The face in the crowd"
The application documents throughout the process still need to be supplemented with the "Re-briefing" handout and the "Mirrored benefit analysis" flipchart. After the first interview at the company, the "validation interview" will hopefully take place shortly afterwards. The manager can influence this meeting with a hand-out and present themselves as a "face in the crowd". The content of this "re-briefing" comes from the top topics of the first round, which are mirrored with the manager's own performance, experience and competence values. Initial considerations are also introduced. The "re-briefing" has proven itself in communication between advertising agencies and corporate marketing for years and can provide a competitive advantage in this phase of the application process.
