4. Reactive cover letter

The reactive cover letter, despite all the discussions of necessity, is extremely important when properly paced out. The fact that the beginning of the letter is not done with one's own interests "I am looking for a new challenge" should be sufficiently known. Also a "praise" in the direction of "your company has always fascinated me" should be omitted. Instead, the first paragraph of the cover letter should show individuality with reference to the ad and the TOP5 demand factors as evidenced by one's performance, experience and competence values. Many years ago, an ad once stated "Apply only if you understand this ad." Following this motto, one expresses this understanding in the first paragraph. In the following one presents its offer to the job market in the form of a clear positioning. In the third section, one "explains" how one's own success story, including the respective motivations, is to be understood. Finally, one refers to the inquiries regarding salary level, availability and mobility. Finally, the personal interview is sought and, if necessary, further information is offered in advance.
