2. week biography (NP) vs. first follow up.

On his own: After he has already informed the network and some headhunters in the first week, he now picks up the phone and follows up. In doing so, however, he has forgotten that he has not worked on his network for 10 years in some cases and that he himself had never helped anyone in this circle to find a job. Therefore the reactions in the network as well as with the headhunters, who generally have their problems with the follow-up, are very reserved. He therefore expands his search to the job exchanges.
 
NewPlacement: NP has worked out his management integral with about 150 performance, experience and competence values with attached "PIE" as well as soft skills and motivations in the context of a biography in a full-day meeting and corresponding preliminary work by his coach. From this, the coach will create the success database and the first draft report card for NP by the next meeting within a week. In the final paragraph of the testimonial, the elaborated proactive change motivation, which has already been coordinated with the owner, was processed.
