Michael Hopfinger
Studied business education at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. Trainer training for adult education as well as youth and popular sports. Many years of service as a training officer, also internationally (company commander). Since 1987 experience as branch manager, sales manager, center manager, managing director, chairman of the board in retail, service and production companies - medium-sized and corporate - with up to 900 employees. Focus also in the areas of marketing, human resources, change management, reorganization. Development of organizations and teams. Wide-ranging experience in separation, recruitment and integration processes, also in the implementation of applicant training and active support of over 100 employees in their successful change of company. Own separation experience with realignment in other industries and fields of activity. Training as NewPlacement Coach by Gerd Löffler, Christoph Nagel and Norbert Roseneck. Co-owner of NewPlacement AG.
Born in 1952 in the Palatinate as the eldest son. Married and proud father of two grown-up daughters. Influenced by successes in badminton and volleyball, among others; expanded by diverse experiences in sports management and especially sports sponsoring. Current hobbies: Harley-Davidson, golf, traveling and reading biographies. Special interest in people who are in separation situations. Strengths: resting pole and lighting fires.
