Stephan Hechler, MBA (General Management), began his professional career in 1999 as the founder of TradingSoftware GmbH and subsequently worked for over 15 years in management positions in the digital economy - including at TuneUp, Steganos and Condeco.
Today, he is a partner at NewPlacement AG and Managing Director of Personal Consulting GmbH. In this role, he supports people and companies in professional change processes - from individual reorientation and modern outplacement to executive search and in-depth startup coaching. His consulting approach covers all facets of professional transformation - strategic, structured and personal.
His particular strength: he knows the perspectives of clients, candidates and customers - from his own experience as a manager, consultant and decision-maker.
