Time to Market

First and foremost, of course, thoroughness takes precedence over speed. That is why our cooperation is based on the full-day biography, which brings much more potential to light than the so-called biographical analyses. It makes the candidate aware of his or her own performance portfolio and puts the coach on an equal footing. But if you don't work thoroughly and cleanly at the beginning, you fall into a trap that market researchers call "garbage in, garbage out", which is then difficult to repair later in the application process.
