Strategic behaviour
Many managers who operate strategically in their job as a matter of course and keep the operational on strategy, behave very operationally in their own application process and then explain verbosely afterwards what strategy could have been behind it. Application strategy
In each individual case, the application strategy must be individually adjusted in relation to the eight runways to success "headhunter initiative" to "digital me" and timetable and, if necessary, sharpened in the course of the application process. Interview strategy
During the first interviews, too much is done over the top. However, your counterpart's gut is the main deciding factor in interviews. Creating a sense of well-being or discomfort can be decisive. We don't help by unfamiliar "video games", which focus far too much on external habits and distract the candidate from the essentials, but by strategically penetrating the respective upcoming conversations and taking the other person's position. This requires a great deal of management and market experience on the part of the coaches. Those who have not themselves been leaders in business naturally find it difficult to do so.
