Background: With our OutPlacement approach, we are oriented to the general understanding of the OutPlacement offer that has been established for many years. While experience has shown that OutPlacement consulting (Compact, Limited and Erfolg) is particularly suitable for employees with little or no management responsibility, we recommend our PremiumPlacement for management at GF or C level and our NewPlacement or PrivatePlacement (self-pay) for executives and specialists. We guarantee for all these needs and these target groups a customized consulting product on a high quality level.

Companies in a fair separation process
We turn to companies for a future-oriented, relaxed and fair separation process with one or more employees. In doing so, we build on around 30 years of experience in the application market. We know both the applicant's point of view and the company's point of view and are constantly developing the general understanding of the OutPlacement offer, which has been established for many years. The requirement situation is clarified in a non-binding and free of charge information interview. On this basis, an individual offer is created, which also defines a corresponding process plan for the candidates:inside.

Consulting formats
We offer different consulting formats from OutPlacementTag, OutPlacementCompact, OutPlacementLimited to OutPlacement consulting until success or even with guarantee. The consultations are provided exclusively by our SeniorPartners, who have extensive management, separation and recruitment experience proven (see profiles under Partners). Freelancers cannot be used due to the complex process and extensive internal training of our coaches. Resume, cover letter and interview packages do not make sense in our view without a professional biographical review of accomplishments, experience, competencies and soft skills, as the form should always follow the developed content. The application process should focus on matching at all levels. This is where standards reach their limits.

C-leveland executives
OutPlacement packages are not sufficient to support the professional reorientation of C-level and executives. For these consulting services we refer to the PremiumPlacement or NewPlacement-Coaching of NewPlacement AG with a considerably higher degree of individualization, especially with regard to matching per project and application level and the possibilities of job insurance.

Group OutPlacement Measures
Since 1992, we as Löffler+Partner GmbH have carried out a number of group outplacements in companies in which five to 180 employees were released. Depending on the region and the number of individual counseling hours provided, 60% - 80% of the participants found a new suitable job within three months. We can also provide sufficient capacity of qualified consultants throughout Germany for larger groups.
Employees are guided from the passive role of being laid off and threatened with unemployment into the active role of job seeker and responsible for their own future.

Social responsibility
By using outplacement, management and the works council fulfill their social responsibility when laying off a large number of employees.

Shaping the social plan positively
Employees are not simply "compensated" financially in the social plan. Rather, it supports the company in solving the much more important problem of finding an appropriate job in the shortest possible time. At the same time, this care by the company cannot be paid out.

The combination of applicant workshops lasting several days and individual counseling significantly increases the chances of those affected in the labor market. Auffang-, Qualifizierungs-, Beschäftigungs-Gesellschaften have above all valerian effect. Supplementary individual counseling
Individual counseling in the form of consultation hours should begin shortly after the workshops and extend over at least three months.
