We have been understanding people, companies and careers for around 30 years and advise management, C-level, executives and specialists on a fee basis in their professional job search with a success rate of almost 100% until the new challenge is taken up or with a continuation guarantee as well as companies in a fair, relaxed and future-oriented separation process. We have decisively developed classical outplacement, professional job search, inverse headhunting, direct placement, career consulting and coaching. We stand for individuality, innovation, quality and success of our candidates in terms of qualitative market leadership.
  
Our consulting services range from strategic repositioning, development of the (hidden) application market, design of an individual application process and accompaniment into the new professional task until success and with continuation guarantee to integration into new tasks (probationary period), job security, separation prevention, rescue coaching, easing of difficult separations as well as comprehensive career or career path support. In contrast to headhunters, we are only obligated to the candidates, from whom or whose former companies our fee is taken over, for their benefit. Additional fees charged to target companies, especially in the context of referral marketing, affect your chances of success and are not charged by us.
