In our experience, the demanding, psychologically based work of career coaching cannot be successfully accomplished with tests and standard queries. It requires a coach with management and life experience who listens carefully and understands the candidate's world and language from his or her own management experience. That is why our SeniorPartners stand up for our candidates personally and with a high level of commitment. They combine their own management experience with our proven, psychologically based "holistic and individualizing method" and guarantee coaching at eye level based on a full-day biography.

NewPlacement is the further development of classic outplacement consulting into a "holistic and individualizing method". With innovative tools from the fields of marketing, sales and ITK as well as intensive, individual, professional support, our candidates gain a face in the crowd and a clear advantage in the applicant market.
High consultant commitment.

We take time for our candidates. But this in no way means delaying their application activities. Quite the opposite!
Early "market readiness".

Every branded company knows that you should never launch an immature product. That's why our SeniorPartners usually work more than 30 hours in direct consulting and in follow-up/preliminary work for a unique positioning (unique selling proposition) and a successful market maturity. Our candidates are usually well prepared for the market within 3 weeks of starting NewPlacement Coaching.

During this process of gaining knowledge and finding goals, our candidates' self-awareness usually recovers and reactivates. Just through the full-day biography with the lifting of the "gold pieces in the sand" or 150-200 performance and experience values, the candidate recognizes the basis for his strong offer to the job market.

You will not encounter standardized consulting and application procedures with us. We understand our service as help for self-help. Each candidate remains the "decisive" person in his or her life. Diverse experience.

Our work is based on a wealth of experience in business management, personnel management and psychology, marketing & sales, information technology as well as a multitude of industry experiences and networks beyond all SeniorPartners. The NewPlacement methodology is based on Gerd Löffler, who further developed OutPlacement with American and Dutch OutPlacement trainers as early as 1989. In 2002 Hans-Christoph Nagel, co-founder of NewPlacement AG, brought in many elements from the marketing & sales of branded goods. This is how today's NewPlacement Coaching of NewPlacement AG developed over the years. Our SeniorPartner team of around thirty, which is growing in a targeted manner, is a constant creative pool for the further development of our methodology and pools resources through constant contact with each other. Many of our candidates have also contributed to the further development of our methodology.
Honest commitment.

For us, "holistic method" also means accompanying the candidate in his professional reorientation until he has reached his fulfilling and strategically correct position with the "opportunity afterwards" and has secured it during the probationary period.
Fee - reasonableness.

We calculate our fee individually after getting to know the candidate personally. Only when we have information about the candidate's education, mobility, appearance, age and personal objectives, we can roughly estimate the consulting effort. Of course, an individualized and modular fee can also be agreed upon. Qualified work has its price, which is justified by qualified work, commitment of the coach and his years of management experience.
Success of the candidates.

Our candidates find - even in very tight job markets - a new challenge almost 100% of the time. Average application times to contract signing or job start vary widely depending on industry, management level, age, mobility and of course luck that the appropriate demand exists or can be created in the labor market.
