SeniorPartner and co-owners. 
The non-binding and free informational interviews as well as the consultations are exclusively conducted by SeniorPartners and co-owners who distinguish themselves through their own high-level management experience, psychological background and 24-month internal training. We cannot use part-timers and freelancers because the training to become a NewPlacement coach is very costly and time-consuming.
 
Informational Interview. 
You do not conduct the informational interview with a canvasser, but with your future coach. If the chemistry doesn't work out, you don't have to give up our methodology and have another conversation with another NewPlacement coach who is a better fit for you.
 
Full-day biography as a basis.
Only a coach who has comprehensively assessed and understood the candidate can provide professional support in the process on an equal footing. Biographical analyses or psychological tests never reach the depth of our full-day biography. This is the basis for re-biography, benefit analysis, goal setting and finally the unique positioning of the individual offer to the job market.
 
Follow-up and preliminary work by the coach. 
The NewPlacement methodology is not based on manuals and homework according to the school system, but on the joint work of coach and candidate. In order to make this cooperation as effective as possible, the important preparatory and follow-up work is professionally done by the coach in the back office. Among other things, only the coach can take care of the follow-up work of the full-day biography, as the candidate is not able to document it during the "time travel".
 
Scanning the market. Depending on, among other things, industry and management level, job offers are located outside of any public (job boards, etc.) in the so-called hidden market. As a rule, these projects are managed by a large number of headhunters who actively approach suitable candidates. Many of these headhunters with exciting projects are often not to be found in the TOP100. By making unsolicited applications to companies, you are then looking for the needle in the haystack. Over the years, NewPlacement has developed a sophisticated system for tracking down these projects.
  
Parallelism of application activities 
In NewPlacement coaching, we rely on 8 runways to success, ranging from "unsolicited applications to headhunters" to the "NewPlacement and Friends network" to the "digital me". This parallelism shortens the search time and often opens unexpected perspectives.
 
Only success is success. 
Our NewPlacement coaching to success accompanies you until both sides sign the contract and prepare for integration in the new company through our "job insurance" tool. If you reject several signed offers that is your right and often we initiate your rejection by mirroring your own benefit analysis. In particular, we always look at the "opportunity after" and discuss it fully.
  
We do not leave you in the lurch.
With the NewPlacement-Coaching with continuation guarantee, we restart the process for you free of charge once, if the employer or you come to the conclusion to separate during the probationary period. Then no world collapses. For these cases we have creative and market-driven concepts for a successful resumption of the job search. Even if you have not signed a guarantee contract, we will find a way together. Promised.
