A demanding and multi-stage application process is required for industry and function changes for so-called lateral entrants. Especially the banking and insurance industry is currently the main focus of industry and function changes. Other industries are being relocated abroad or are massively cutting jobs and require a complex application process for the C-Levels, managers and specialists concerned. Furthermore, managers who have burned themselves out in their industry or have had a long break are affected by the necessity of industry and function changes. The change from politics to business is also very demanding.
