Overview of fees
  
Key question: What amount of money do you want to earn in total until your retirement. And what fraction of this amount do you want to invest in your career protection? Depending on the period until retirement and the amount of your annual salary, even 1-2% can make a big difference.
 
Professional support for professional reorientation in return for a fee has developed rapidly in Germany, as C-Level, managers and specialists with an expectation of a correspondingly high sum in salaries demand professional support or protection until retirement. Mistakes in the separation phase or professional reorientation can quickly have 6-digit consequences, which are due to longer search times or concessions in strategic future planning.
 
We calculate our fee individually after getting to know the candidate personally. Only when we have more detailed information about the concrete starting conditions, such as current status, education, mobility, appearance, experience and personal objectives, can we estimate the support required. Of course, the scope of services can also be tailored to a specifically defined budget. In each individual case, our benchmark for pricing is the claim that fees and conditions must be in reasonable proportion to the complexity and quality of the service. This is what we call fee reason. However, the effort and thus the fee are always influenced by the realities of the job market.
 
For an initial orientation, you should assume a fee of around 20% of the annual salary for our all-round carefree package "NewPlacement Coaching until success and with a continuation guarantee during the probationary period". In addition, there are of course modular offers (target setting in case of latent dissatisfaction in the job etc.) and corresponding instalment models which take your individual liquidity into account and can also be capped depending on the individual case (various success factors) if necessary. However, we can only make you a concrete individual offer after a detailed information meeting.

Due to absolute confidentiality, phase or instalment models with performance-related components (amount of the new salary) can only be offered to self-payers. Contracts with companies can only be concluded for absolute sums. Company budgets for NewPlacement and self-payments can also be combined. Pure career coaching can be charged on a daily or hourly basis in special cases like our Executive Coaching. After the non-binding and free information meeting, we will be pleased to submit you an offer that suits your needs. OutPlacement consulting only for specialists can be offered to companies in the Compact Package from as little as 3,000 euros plus VAT.
 
Between these two poles there is a great deal of scope for individual contract design, which, for the reasons mentioned above, requires a personal information meeting in any case, which we naturally offer completely free of charge and without obligation. Package offers and all-inclusive prices rarely do justice to the situation of qualified specialists and executives, according to our many years of experience and our firm conviction. In addition, the personal relationship of trust with the coach is also a very important factor for success in the consulting and coaching process. In our opinion, an informative conversation is extremely valuable in this respect as well.
