Definition of success
 
We define success in NewPlacement coaching as
 
Contract signed by both sides for a strategically correct new challenge with the "chance afterwards".
 
Existing offers, even if they have already been signed by the company, which are not signed by you for strategic or personal reasons, do not end our support in NewPlacement coaching until success.
 
An interim assignment that serves to improve the initial situation on the job market is not necessarily the desired success per se. However, interim activities are developing into a modern probationary period, especially in cases where a probationary period is not compatible (employment contract with the board of directors).
 
The "chance afterwards" means that already at the next challenge one has to make sure that the starting situation will be better or at least as good as it is today when changing again e.g. in 3-5 years. Otherwise, dramatic difficulties will be postponed until the next change.
 
This strategic approach of NewPlacement coaching with a view to the time until retirement differs considerably from short-term operational approaches and helps to achieve long-term success.
