Time to market - faster to market
 
First and foremost, of course, thoroughness before speed. That is why our cooperation is based on the full-day biography, which brings much more potential to light than the so-called biographical analyses. It makes the candidate aware of his or her own performance portfolio and brings the coach to eye level. However, if you don't work thoroughly and cleanly at the beginning, you will fall into a trap that the market researcher calls "garbage in, garbage out", which is then difficult to repair later in the application process.
 
Our thoroughness is also evident in the coach's follow-up work, which, contrary to the homework principle with a manual, we do not leave to you, although this approach would be much more lucrative for us from a business point of view. The combination of direct cooperation and rework and preparation of the coach quickly adds up to more than 30 hours until the product is ready for the market. We know no time limit in this respect. As long as candidate and coach are not convinced that the candidate is ready for the job market, no "half-finished" documents are sent out to headhunters or companies. The danger of burning is simply too great.
 
Our cooperation is half or full day with high intensity. A model with 1.5 hours a week and subsequent homework by the candidate would take much longer to reach market maturity in comparable quality.
