Essenzion® is protected for NewPlacement AG and stands for the individual matching by the candidate of demand factors of the searching company for the filling and functionality of the advertised position with the candidate's own performance and experience values. This means that the NewPlacement applicant actively adopts this matching and does not leave it to headhunters and company representatives according to the principle of hope.
With 150-200 performance and experience values from the candidate's biography, you can provide ideal evidence of the approximately 50 individual demand factors of the searching company from your professional career.
