Strategic behaviour
Many managers who take strategic operations for granted and keep the operative on strategy in their job behave very operatively in their own application process and then explain in a wordy way afterwards what strategy could have been behind it. This is where the NewPlacement coach has a regulating effect and leads back to the strategy.
 
Application strategy
In each individual case, the application strategy must be individually adjusted in relation to the eight runways to success "Headhunter initiativ" to "Digitales Ich" and Timetable and, if necessary, sharpened during the application process. With us there is no contractual "either or", since it is precisely the parallelism that gives us a head start in terms of time and success.
There cannot and must not be any standards, as each applicant can individually adapt his or her process with us in terms of the job market offer, objectives and market requirements.
 
Interview strategy
Too much over the head is being acted upon in the first discussions. The conversations with your counterparts are mainly decided in the gut. The creation of well-being or discomfort can be decisive. We do not help by unaccustomed "video games" that focus too much on external habits and distract the candidate from the essentials, but by strategically penetrating the respective upcoming conversations and taking the position of the others. This requires a lot of own management and market experience of the coaches. Anyone who has not been a leader in the business world himself naturally has a hard time doing so.
