    Company viewpoint

Safeguarding your reputation and workflow - Providing constructive support for a manager's reorientation rather than mere "compensation" will smooth the difficult process of severance and prevent damage to your company's reputation.

How do you find the right outplacement consultant or NewPlacement coach for you?
When deciding on a consultant, we recommend a few criteria:
o Chemistry. Does the informative meeting whet your appetite for more
o Eye level. Is the understanding also available for complex initial situations?
o Personal commitment of the coach. Is it still burning?
o Is he a listener or "advisor"?
o Is his interest in person and situation genuine?
o Confidence. Do you feel in a spirit of optimism after the information session?
o Immediate help. Do you receive useful support immediately, even without a contract?
NewPlacement AG expects from its senior partners
o Board experience as board member, managing director or C-/VP-level (conditio sine qua non)
o Two-stage management experience outside consulting and training companies
o More than 12 years of management experience at a high level
o Sound psychological background
o Ability to listen and to take oneself back
o Own qualifying experiences of life or separation
o Commitment to consistent NewPlacement quality
o Enjoyment of independence and teamwork in a strong community
o Strength of communication and contacts
o Understanding of branded goods in the sense of "managers as brands
In the information meeting you set the course for your professional future. You should therefore actively clarify your questions and also ask critical questions.
o Coach. Therefore, only conduct the interview with the advisor/coach designated for you.
o Procedure. Ask specifically about the process; who does what until when? o Timetable, individual, group
o Quality and quantity. Several factors influence the fee structure:
o Management level of the coach
    o Available hours quota
o Other support from the whole partnership/organisation
    o Lowest possible overheads
o NewPlacement AG invests above average in the quality and management experience of the coaches and keeps overheads very low.
o Thus, the largest possible part of the fee actually flows into the personal consulting service.
Is there an organisation with additional senior partners to avoid risks in terms of failures and process delays? Is it possible to expand the cumulative know-how by adding diverse network, functional and industry knowledge of the other SeniorPartners without competing with each other (tandem)?
