The scope of services of OutPlacement Consulting or NewPlacement Coaching offers a variety of different forms, intensities and qualities. These differences are also the reason for the considerable spread in fees. The fees for "all-round carefree packages" range from around 20% of annual salary (NewPlacement coaching to success around 15%). In contrast, OutPlacementCompacts are offered for just a few thousand Euros. In addition, there are modular components, coaching on demand, installment and phase models as well as further individualizations, shares of success and possibilities of capping.
