Search for the right outplacement or newplacement provider?

First of all, you should deal with the different provider structures on the application market that offer your services. Here is a brief overview of the different provider structures:
 
Candidate consulting
The NewPlacement feels primarily committed to the manager or employee concerned, even if the fee is paid by the company. This form of consulting encourages the affected persons (after a pre-selection by the company) to choose the provider, methodology and coach themselves in the final selection. It is about their future. This ultimately benefits the company (relaxation of the separation, mediation time, etc.).
