Coaching originated in competitive sports, where it is used to increase both individual and team performance. This concept has found its way into the business world.
A brilliant coach
Juergen Klinsmann proved a brilliant coach during the 2006 FIFA World Cup. He led the German team from being outsiders all the way to the semi-finals. He was able to recognize and fine-tune the personal and athletic potential of a mostly young group of players with little international experience - and turn them into a dream team.
He prepared each player not only to face the opponent, but above all to interact with the rest of the team. Even the alternate players supported the team on the pitch with great enthusiasm. And this enthusiasm was contagious, affecting everyone who was in Germany for the World Cup, no matter where they came from or whether their team won or lost. For weeks, everyone celebrated together. Positive personal power was one the triggers.
The question is: how can we transfer this successful pattern in a meaningful and practical way to corporations and organizations and with individual managers and employees? Because we don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" solutions, our answer to this question is structured and methodical. We take time to clarify your individual objectives and work with you to design a personal development plan and approach that best suits you.
Our coaching ethics
Your openness is a basic requirement for the unconditional mutual trust needed for all developmental objectives, briefings, methods and individual activities. In our dealings with you, we guarantee absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Helping you to help yourself
People don't like to have their minds made up for them. That's why we provide you with tools for making your own decisions - which we always respect and support. Working together on equal terms is important for us. Your coach is not your critic and will not pressure you to perform. Your coach is a guide to help you identify your potential and how best to act.
