Peter Schaubel - Profile
Peter Schaubel has more than 20 years management experience in medium-sized and global companies and is deeply familiar with the mentality of effective organizations oriented to resources, customers and market structures. He holds a master's degree in engineering and has worked around the world as a sales engineer in heavy machinery construction, with national B2B sales responsibility in electrical engineering and building services for medium-sized German and French companies. Through numerous successful reorganization projects he developed his skills as a change manager, gaining methods competence in communication, conflict management, facilitation, coaching and human potential analysis. He has applied these insights to his independent work as a corporate consultant in sales and people management, and trained as NewPlacement coach with Gerd Löffler and Hans-Christoph Nagel.
Peter Schaubel was born in Stuttgart in 1954 and grew up in that region. After completing his university entrance qualification, national service and engineering studies, he became fascinated by the global sales of complex technical products. His experience as manager coupled with various personal and business contacts deepened his appreciation of people and his ability to evaluate their potential. He is familiar with various countries and cultures in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America: a key skill, as internationality is becoming ever more important for medium-sized companies. He maintains his inner balance and fitness with power walking, bicycles and gliding.
