Anke Hopp - Profile
Anke Hopp completed professional training in bank management before receiving her master's degree in business management with a focus on work and organizational psychology from Kiel University. She has 13 years experience in HR and people management.? She joined the Otto Group in 1996 and held positions in HR and as the head of the Otto call center in Hamburg before becoming the head of human resources and a member of the management board of the group subsidiary OFT (Otto Freizeit und Touristik GmbH), where she developed HR as holding function for various OFT subsidiaries. In this position she served as a consultant and coach for all managers, developed and implemented the seminar program, and had leadership responsibility for approx. 1000 employees in the group. Highly trained in application training, management coaching and communication management, she became an independent HR manager in 2008 and has been an HR process consultant, management coach and a lecturer at the HSBA (Hamburg School of Business Administration). She is also a trainer for a high ropes course. She trained as a NewPlacement coach with Gerd Löffler.
Anke Hopp grew up in Detmold, where she successfully completed training in bank management. During her school time she enthusiastically trained for the volleyball league, and as a teenager in gymnastics. "This passion to keep moving drives me even today. I've now lived in Hamburg with my partner and daughter for more than 13 years and feel at home in northern Germany. I enjoy jogging around the Alster, skiing and riding motorbikes, and started learning karate last year. Beach volleyball on the Fehmarn beach is another of my hobbies."
