Norbert Roseneck - Profile
Norbert Roseneck is a trained businessman with a solid background in theory and practice (training at Heimbs & Sohn in Braunschweig and a master's degree in business management from Kassel University), as well as extensive knowledge and experience in vocational and educational sociology (M.Sc. in sociology from Oldenburg University) and business education (first Lower Saxony state exam). He has been a lecturer, trainer, educational manager, consultant and coach for more than 25 years. He was the head of the business department of a private college in Bielefeld for many years, and established and managed the training institute for a trade group (Coop, near Frankfurt). Norbert Roseneck became a consultant and division leader for a leading international consultancy (Kienbaum) in Berlin in 1990, and since 2000 has increasingly focused on his work on the newplacement of experienced managers in addition to his recruiting work. As a partner of NewPlacement AG, he took over responsibility for the eastern German region in January 2007. He has extensive experience in project work for many different business sectors, in particular in the fields of general management, sales and marketing.
Born near Braunschweig in 1954 and brought up in Lower Saxony, Norbert Roseneck has invested considerable time and energy in sports. His early curiosity about the "unfamiliar" and other factors led him to develop a strong sense of commitment, a desire for education and a willingness to assume responsibility. Norbert Roseneck has always been active in volunteer functions, including sports team leader, apprentice and student representative, and lay judge, and starting in the year 2000 he spent six years as a member and president of the board of the Marketing Club Berlin. He has always passed on his knowledge and experience through lectures, specialized articles, education and career consultation, and is currently an instructor for corporate management and communication in the master of business communication program of at Berlin University of Applied Sciences. In his free time he relaxes by jogging, reading, and going to the cinema, theater and exhibitions. He also greatly enjoys traveling, celebrating and engaging in spirited discussions with his friends and family.
