Jürgen Kreienbaum - Profile
Following his school education and technical training, Jürgen worked as an independent software consultant and on organizational and HR projects in the automotive industry. In 1999 he joined John Deere Tractors, climbing straight up the career ladder via Master Process Pro and Manager Quality Assurance and Masterplan, attaining the position of head of manufacturing at John Deere Fabriek Horst in the Netherlands. He then took on an interim assignment as director of group manufacturing at Kverneland Group in the Netherlands, after which he transferred to Same Deutz-Fahr Deutschland GmbH as the managing director of production, technology and spare parts, overseeing about 500 employees. This was followed by his appointment in 2011 to the position of CEO of JCB Vibromax GmbH in Gatersleben, the world’s largest privately owned producer of construction equipment. After a short stint as a management consultant, he assumed management of one of his client companies (IMI Hydronic Engineering) in Switzerland. He returned to self-employment as a NewPlacement coach, involving a two year period of in-house education and training.
Born in 1967 in Stadtlohn near Münster, Germany, Jürgen has been happily married for several decades and is the proud father of two daughters. He has always had a great love for music, these days expressed by playing the bagpipes. Having started his career in HR in 1996, he has by now spent almost 20 years in positions of great responsibility in this field. He instituted personnel development measures not only through coaching, but also beyond the separation process. Today he has a well-established network that he has built up through the diverse positions he has held throughout Europe. Jürgen enjoys working with people and is very enthusiastic about the holistic, individualizing aspects of the NewPlacement methodology.
