Christof Küchler - Profile
After graduating from high school and completing his military service, Christof studied business administration with a focus on accounting, controlling and corporate governance, which included a semester abroad in France. He graduated with a degree in business management (MBA). He has spent over six years working with management consultancies including PWC and Gemini, and most recently has served as a managing consultant with a focus on SAP projects, restructuring, privatization and MIS. At the end of 1998, he accepted a position as Head of Organization/Planning and authorized signatory of an international vehicle construction company. This earned him additional responsibilities in management of finance and accounting, as well as the management over the company-owned leasing company. After four years, he assumed responsibility for all commercial activities at teutonia Kinderwagenfabrik, a baby carriage manufacturer. When this company was bought by a financial investor he was appointed Managing Director and became responsible for international sales, marketing and finance, as well as for their Polish production company. After the company was later resold to NewellRubbermaid, he assumed additional responsibilities in a dual role as the sales director for GRACO Central Europe (car seats, baby carriages). In early 2010, he became the CEO of an international textile manufacturer, a company in bankruptcy. Following successful restructuring within eleven months, he was instrumental in establishing the company’s growth. After handing over responsibility to a textile insider, he joined a leading manufacturer of cutting tools in Solingen, Germany as an interim manager in the position of CEO, having been given the objective of establishing non-family executive management, innovation management and international sales as well as human resources development. Christof then received training as a NewPlacement coach by Hans-Christoph Nagel.

Christof inherited his entrepreneurial spirit from his grandparents.
