Werner Lessmann - up close and personal
Werner Lessmann was born in January 1957 in Munich. Following early death of his mother, he attended boarding school in Augsburg before studying data processing in Munich and eventually resettling in Nuremberg. He is a passionate soccer, hockey and chess player in addition to being a soccer referee and an official at chess tournaments. He is also a dog trainer for problem dogs and a master at coping with disruptions to life and personal severances. Following the death of first wife and the loss of his job, he is now happily married again and the father of an adult daughter and ten-year-old son, and the step-father to two daughters, eight and ten years old. “To me, coaching means supporting you by giving you commitment and acceptance, clarity and discipline, warmth and encouragement, individuality and effectiveness, while accepting and coming to terms with your life purpose and developing and implementing tailored solutions with you and for you.
