Psychological tests?
Do you use psychological testing?
NewPlacement coaching has nothing to do with lying down on a leather couch. We use psychological testing only if we consider it helpful, and only with your agreement. And when we do, we work together with experienced psychologists.
What we do is work together with you for many hours to develop your biography and arrive at a crystal clear vision of your potential.
Tests are often used to save on consultation time and to give candidates a (false) feeling of objectivity. We don’t believe in that.
If recruitment agencies or potential employers do expect you to take a psychological test, we will prepare you for that.
