Peter Schaubel has more than 20 years’ management experience in medium-sized and global companies and is deeply familiar with the mentality of effective organizations oriented to resources, customers and market structures. He holds a master’s degree in engineering and has worked around the world as a sales engineer in heavy machinery construction, with national B2B sales responsibility in electrical engineering and building services for medium-sized German and French companies. Through numerous successful reorganization projects he developed his skills as a change manager, gaining methods competence in communication, conflict management, facilitation, coaching  and human potential analysis. He has applied these insights to his independent work as a corporate consultant in sales and people management, and trained as NewPlacement coach with Gerd Löffler and Hans-Christoph Nagel.
