Peter Schaubel was born in Stuttgart in 1954 and grew up in that region. After completing his university entrance qualification, national service and engineering studies, he became fascinated by the global sales of complex technical products. His experience as manager coupled with various personal and business contacts deepened his appreciation of people and his ability to evaluate their potential. He is familiar with various countries and cultures in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America: a key skill, as internationality is becoming ever more important for medium-sized companies. He maintains his inner balance and fitness with power walking, bicycles and gliding. “I’m especially fascinated by the optimal match of employees to their tasks in companies; that’s why I find the very individual character of NewPlacement coaching so convincing.
